Our story begins in 1980 when our parents, Giusi and Giacomo, founded the first Real Estate Agency in the northern part of Lake Como.
Shortly, the professionalism and enterprising spirit of those two dreamers led the Agency to become a point of reference on Lake Como, taking part in the foundation of FIMAA (Federazione Italiana Mediatori Agenti Affari) and the first Borsino Immobiliare in Como, starting a history of successes and passion.
Over the years, the Agency has been expanded and its works diversified, up to the present day: now it offers a complete range of real estate services, such as sales and rentals of properties, estimations, renovations, plannings, customs consultancies and a complete management of the properties.
Our team is composed by a tight-knit family and enriched by a long and valuable collaboration with a trusted travelling companion. Thanks to this, we all know each other very well and share the same vision.
